Trash Service Provider Inquiry Update – Santa Catalina Estates

At the February HOA General Meeting, the idea of securing a community-wide contract for trash collection was brought up. Following that discussion, the HOA contacted several major waste service providers, including Titan, Waste Management, Republic Services, and Waste Connections of Arizona, to see what options were available.

Each company indicated that a small discount could be offered, but only if about 95% of the community committed to using the same provider. At this time, reaching that level of participation does not appear feasible.

The HOA will continue to keep this option on the table and revisit it in the future if community interest or circumstances change.
